Please note that we don't have 24-hour reception, Check-in is done between 3:00-9:00 PM by prior appointment only. Please provide your arrival time when you reserve by phone or email prior to arrival. If you are arriving later than 9:00 PM, a late check-in fee of $15/hour will apply and will be charged at check-in time.
< Parking >
Private Parking available on site by prior reservation only at $10/night. Please send us an email to check availability and reserve.
Public Parking is available just next to the property. Rates for a 24 hours are around $15.
< Deposit & Payments >
A non-refundable 30% deposit will be charged to your credit card to confirm your reservation within 24 hours of receiving your reservation. The remaining balance will be charged at check-in time. Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Debit Card, Cash or Bank Transfer (American Express cards are not accepted).
The credit card, used for the deposit and the balance, must belong to one of the guests staying with us. If you are paying on someone else's behalf, please print and fill out a credit card authorization form and email it to us with your booking. Email us for the form.
< Cancellation and Deposit Policy >
The 30% deposit charged at the time of booking is non-refundable.
Regardless of cancellation reasons, we follow a 72 hours cancellation policy prior to arrival. In case of no show or late cancellation, there is a fee for one night stay. This fee will be charged on top of the regular 30% deposit.
Early departure: Balance is non-refundable.
No shows will automatically forfeit their deposit paid and will be charged for one night stay on top of the 30% non-refundable deposit.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the guesthouse.
A minimum stay of 3 days is required. Shorter stays are possible but prices can vary, send us an email to inquire and reserve.
